"B" Headset Inline Quick Diconnect

Our most popular headset inline quick disconnect, the "B" inline measures 3 3/4 long x 1/2" in diameter. The "B" features a rugged polycarbonate male and female mating design with outer ribs to provide added grip when an operator attempts to engage or disengage the two halves. When an optional headset inline quick disconnect is installed during the manufacturing process, it ultimately provides an operator the ability to separate his upper headset from the entire lower assembly which includes the female half of the QD, the PTT assembly and radio interface cable with radio connector. By purchasing this option an operator can lock down his lower cables and PTT assembly with cable ties, leaving it on his vest at all times while the headset can be quick disconnected from the lower and stored in a gear bag or helmet when not in use. On the next use an operator can simply don his vest and plug his headset into the already vest mounted lower assembly. The "B" Inline QD is a water resistant design.
